A house, not a hall.

Begrüntes Haus is a multi-disciplinary creative studio and venue in Bangkok — on Sukhumvit Road, accessible via BTS Phra Khanong, with on-site parking for up to eighty vehicles.
The Haus sits between commodity studios and cultural institutions: finished enough to receive clients, raw enough to host serious creative work.
Not a hotel ballroom. Not a coworking floor. Not a white-box studio. A deliberate room with a point of view — available for hire and open to collaboration.

Considered guests · the right scale

03 — Scale

Intimate by design

Begrüntes Haus is not a large venue. It was never meant to be. The room is sized for events that work because of intimacy, not in spite of it — exhibitions where every piece earns its wall, dinners where everyone in the room belongs there, productions built around what the space gives back.

The Haus rewards curation. It punishes noise.

For an editorial dinner, a focused exhibition, a contained shoot, or a brand activation that prefers atmosphere over spectacle, the scale is exactly right.

04 — Why the Haus

Why Begrüntes Haus

01

Run by working creatives

Operated by the team behind Overgrown Productions — a Bangkok film and content company with credits across Netflix, Vice, Al Jazeera, Universal, and Warner Music.

02

Architectural integrity

Raw concrete, considered light, dark and grunge textures. The room reads as set, gallery, and stage — depending on how it is dressed.

03

Sukhumvit, with parking

A central Bangkok location with on-site parking for eighty vehicles — rare for a studio of this calibre, and decisive for any production with crew, equipment, or VIP guests.

04

Open to collaboration

Beyond venue rental, the Haus co-produces exhibitions, residencies, and programming with artists, curators, and brands whose work fits the space.

05

Honest about scope

A venue for hire, not a one-stop production agency. For full crew and line production, sister brand Overgrown Productions is available separately.

05 — Track record

The team behind Begrüntes Haus has produced and supported work for a range of regional and international brands. The Haus opens with a programme designed to build on that history — across exhibitions, productions, and partnerships.
